Collection of Personal Information
The only personally identifiable information (“PII”) collected by Willow House through our web sites is information that is submitted to us voluntarily and knowingly by site visitors. When you simply browse our sites, no PII is being collected by Willow House. Some functions and services offered through our site require that you provide certain personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, email address and financial information in the event you enroll with us.

Except as noted below, Willow House will not share email addresses or PII we collect through our site with any unaffiliated third parties unless we specify this at the point of the collection. In the event you become a Design Consultant, some of your PII (including name, address, phone number, and email address) may be shared with a select number of other Independent Design Consultants in connection with the business and applicable commission plan. Please note that we do reserve the right to transfer your PII and other information to our successors in business and purchasers of site assets. Any personal information provided to entities affiliated with our site will be treated in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, unless you are otherwise notified. In the following limited circumstances we will consider, and may release, personal information to third parties: (1) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (2) in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others.

Receiving Email and Postal Correspondence
We reserve the right to send you certain communications such as service announcements and administrative messages that are necessary to our relationship with you. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional or relationship emails relating solely to your account. We also require you to give your email address when registering with Willow House.

No personal information should be submitted or posted at the Willow House website by individuals under 18 years of age. We encourage parents to be aware of their children’s online activities, and to learn about software that can filter objectionable materials.
